Class Schedules

Body Pump: Hailed as the fastest way in the universe to get in shape! Body Pump is a strength training class where muscle and music collide.
Abs/Thighs:  Stick around after Body Pump, burn your outer and inner thighs and enhance your abdominals with this half hour class.
Cardio Circuit: An hour of cardio with intervals of hi/lo to challenge your heart.
Cardio Dance: Rev up your metabolism with this dance inspired cardio workout.
Phenomenal Abdominals: Blast your abs into ultimate shape with thirty minutes of strengthening. We’ll be concentrating specifically on the abdominal and lower back muscles!
Pilates-Stretch: Increase your flexibility and get a full body workout.
Spin: Cycle your way to fitness! Burn calories, increase endurance, and rev up your metabolism!
Step Light: Basic step choreography that is easy on your mind yet challenging on your heart.
Water: One of the most enjoyable forms of aerobics! This low-impact workout is a very effect way to firm, shape, and tone
Yoga: This class will make you lean and strong. Increase your flexibility and relieve tension and stress with this total mind and body wellness program.
